ABOUT FAITH OF OUR FATHERS
John Paul and Wayne are two young men in search of their fathers. Problem is….their fathers have been dead for 25 years. Eddie and Steven are two young men in search of their sons….whom they’ve never met.

  In 1969, Eddie and Steven are with their squad deep in the jungle of Vietnam on a five-day mission to retrieve fallen comrades. They write letters to their wives, often mentioning their love for their sons, one, who is an infant and one yet to be born.

  In 1994 John Paul and Wayne go of a five day road trip to the Vietnam Wall in Washington DC to see their fathers’ names. Along the way, reading those letters, they begin to get an understanding of who their fathers were and how they died.

  Trials and mishaps, both funny and sad, complicate the road trip for the boys. The horrors of war and the testing of faith manifest themselves for the young men in Vietnam. Ultimately, in parallel stories-25 years apart-the fathers and sons are bound together forever.

MY REVIEW
  Faith of our Fathers is a very serious DVD, but with moments of great humor and fun. It tells the story of two different groups of young men. Two are the fathers and then it tells the story of their sons 25 years later. The DVD goes back and forth between the two and it is so very good.
  The two fathers in Vietnam is a truly touching, heart-rending story that I just loved. It really shows the things that go on in war and how faith is a big part of it.
  The two sons also is touching, but with so much humor thrown in that you will laugh at parts and cry at other parts.
  Very good DVD. You won’t want to miss this one. This story Faith of our Fathers is made by the same studio that brought you God’s Not Dead. Highly recommend Faith of our Fathers.

MY REVIEW
  Old Fashioned is a different kind of movie. Usually all love stories talk a lot about sex and going out with many different partners, but Old Fashioned tells about a young man, Clay who has a past that he wants to forget.
  Clay was a playboy whom got tired of it and started to follow God. He has many new rules about what a relationship should be like. He even goes as far as not being in the same room alone with a woman. I admire couples who put God first and keep their relationship pure, but I do think that this movie goes to far the other way.
Clay really has a self-righteous attitude and his Aunt tells him what she thinks of it and him. That really gets to Clay and makes him think. He was trying to hard to be prefect when no one can be.
  Both of the main characters in this movie are very likable and do a great job.  I will recommend this movie If you like a love story, romance, and an ending that is the best part of the movie and where both partners are searching for truth, morals and values.

MY REVIEW
  The DVD This Is Our Time to seize God’s calling is very good. The story line is excellent and it kept me interested through every part. The acting was good, but to me it seems like a low budget film. Even so the story really pulled it through and I believe it will be a movie that will last.
  You find everything in this movie from greatest joy, to depths of great sadness. Also you will see favoritism and learn how to deal with loss and to keep going on.
  Even in a world that believes making money is everything you can see that money doesn’t cure problems or help you when you’re down. Also you find in a world that doesn’t follow God that many things are overlooked and put up with.
  Follow these five graduates as they make decsions, some are good and some are bad. How they help each other and how they let God lead them.
 A movie to be watched by the whole family and it will be greatly enjoyed. I highly recommend it.
