BOOK GIVEAWAY~ Don't Waste the Pain

Don't Waste the Pain Learning to Grow Through Suffering by David Lyons and Linda Lyons Richardson
Everyone experiences pain in their lives. But how we handle it and what we do with it makes all the difference.

In Don’t Waste the Pain , you'll see how two people dealing with life-threatening illnesses and the loss of a child found joy and peace in the midst of their suffering.

Through intimate journal writings and personal reflections, you will learn that faith and spiritual growth can come out of brokenness, pain, and grief.

  5. This book definitely speaks to the pain my family is going through. Our daughter lost her 20 year old son to suicide last year and she is a recovering prescription drug addict. Many sad moments in her life. Personally I suffer from emotional and physical pain continuously. An illness caused immobility in my being able to walk and stand. Pain can be inclusive to all. Thanks for this important giveaway and for the chance to win it. I pray I do win.

  30. I have a nreve disorder called RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) that causes me to be in pain 24/7. The RSD has spread to my entire body including my brain (which affects my memory and cognition). Of course with all of this I also deal with depression and anxiety and so much guilt over not bing abole to provide and do for my family like I previously could. This book sounds wonderful! I would love to learn better ways to deal with the pain and find joy and happiness. Thanks for the chance to win this awesome book! I am a follower.

  35. This is a book anybody could use! All Earth-dwellers are familiar with some level of suffering, but not all have mastered the art of using pain as fertilizer. :-) -Lex
