MY REVIEW
Her First Bible-Stories for Little Hearts is just an adorable book. It makes a wonderful Bible for the very young. Parents will have to read it to their children, but the pictures and words are just precious. Learning about Jesus no matter how young is very important for any child.
This little book measures 4 X 6 inches and comes in pink, but there is also a book for boys in blue. This Bible could work as a gift for your little ones first birthday or as I did give to a mother at a baby shower.
I love that this Bible comes with a hardcover and has a trim size.
The words on the pages (96 pages) are simple, short and some are cute like nursery rhymes. This wonderful book will keep even the youngest interested and wanting to hear the wonderful words time and time again.
Really recommend this precious Bible.

MY REVIEW
A Perfect Pet for Peyton is such a wonderful book. It not only tells a wonderful story, but on each page you have search and find pictures. Like find all of the insects on this page or find all of the animals. This will really help your child become more observant.
This book is about Peyton and Penny as they celebrate their birthdays and go to a special place to find a perfect pet. It also is a book to help you find out which of the 5 love languages your child has. After reading the book several times there are questions in the back that will help you to determine which one best suits your child.
The 5 different love languages are:
Gifts
Words of Affirmation
Quality Time
Physical Touch
and Acts of Service.
This book is the perfect size 8 X 10 and has the most colorful, interesting pictures. Besides being very entertaining it is also very helpful in learning about your child. It’s like a workbook with a fantastic story to go along with. Your child will only enjoy the story and not know about the 5 different love languages. I highly recommend this book. So very interesting.

MY REVIEW
Nothing to Hide by J. Mark Bertrand is another fantastic book. It’s the third in the Roland March Mystery series, but can be read as a stand alone also. I’ve read all of the series about Roland March the detective. I really like this book about all of the murder and torture used in the book.
I’ve come to love Roland and his wife and friends. It gets pretty technical in parts, but I was able to follow alone and keep enjoying the story. I like the way March doesn’t want to give up and keeps after the criminals until he sees justice done.
Only two things I didn’t like about the book. March is in his 50’s and acts like he is old and everything hurts and it’s hard for him to get around. Being 50 doesn’t make a person old. The other thing I was hoping that March would become a Christian. He’s been through so much and still doesn’t want to let go and trust in God. Even though I think this book is good, I think it would be excellent if March turned his life over to God. That’s the only thing that I didn’t like. If you love mysteries you will love Nothing to Hide. Keeps you guessing and has a surprise ending.

Book Review-Lethal Legacy by Irene Hannon

ABOUT LETHAL LEGACY
Guardians of Justice (Book 3)
The police say her father's death was suicide. But Kelly Warren says it was murder--and she has new evidence that she believes proves it. Detective Cole Taylor doesn't put much credence in her claim, and nothing in his case review suggests foul play. But when Kelly ends up in the emergency room with a suspicious life-threatening medical condition, the incident strikes him as more than just coincidence. Digging deeper, he discovers she's linked to a long-ago crime. Is history repeating itself? And who wants Kelly silenced?

With her trademark high-intensity action and taut suspense, Irene Hannon closes out her Guardians of Justice series with a story of old grudges and budding romance that is sure to increase her substantial fan base.

MY REVIEW
Another fantastic book by Irene Hannon. I love this series-Guardians of Justice and this is book 3 the final. Each of these books talks about one family, two sons and one daughter and how they all are in the Justice system.
This book Lethal Legacy is about the youngest son Cole and how he meets Kelly and they together solve the mystery surrounding her father’s death. The police believe it is suicide, but Kelly doesn’t believe it.
Lethal Legacy has so many different twists and turns it will keep you reading well into the night and you’ll want to finish it in one reading.
I love mysteries, my favorite kind of read and this one didn’t disappoint.
Also this book is a very tender love story.  Kelly and Cole being older never expect to find the right one, but God has other plans. Kelly is really close to the Lord; Cole doesn’t want anything to do with God, because of a case that went really wrong years ago.
Find out how this mystery is solved in the case of Kelly’s dad {you will be really surprised at the outcome} and how they relationship evolves.
I highly recommend Lethal Legacy and the whole series, but if you can only read one of the books it is also a great stand alone novel.

MY REVIEW
Submerged the debut novel by DanI Pettrey and is one amazing book. Submerged is book one in the Alaskan Courage series.
I know you will hear many great things about this wonderful author.
I love this book because of the suspense, romance and the depth of Christianity that is shown.
At each turn more things happened to keep me reading and enjoying it .  The suspense kept building through the story and the climax was just super. The apprehension couldn’t have been better.
Another thing I loved about Submerged is the love Cole and his family have for each other. Both of their parents are dead, but Cole and the others stayed together and became a stronger family.
Bailey just couldn’t forget the past and the mistakes she made, even though she has since become a Christian and loves the Lord dearly. She thinks she’s not worthy to have friends or family. Near the end Cole tells her how much God loves her and how He died for her. It’s just a precious story and I highly recommend this book. Can’t wait until Dani Pettrey’s second book in the series comes out. It’s about the youngest sibling Piper and it sounds fantastic.
